Dr. Soto  holds a Certification in Family Medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada, SCOPE certification by The World Obesity Federation, Diploma in Travel Medicine by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and has completed an Advanced Curriculum Fellowship Program in Obesity Management with The Obesity Medical Association. 

Sara graduated in 2020 and received her designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). She has a passionate interest in helping people achieve optimal health both physically and mentally through obtainable and sustainable ways.

Monica is an empathetic and skilled Registered Massage Therapist, a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, as well as a Registered Acupuncturist. 
She is focused on therapeutic massage to aid in pain management and approaches every patient with a tailored treatment plan to resolve their unique journeys with pain and discomfort. Her skills coupled with her own stories of chronic pain motivate her to help others achieve optimal results at any stage. Monica has worked in the medical field for over 20 years.

I was born and raised in Hungary and relocated to Canada in my twenties. I graduated with honors as a Medical Aesthetician from the Skin Care Academy in 2009. I specialize in laser therapy, medical aesthetics, and skin care consultations. I have worked in MediSpas such as Dr. David Ellis Art of Facial Surgery, Second Skin Med Spa, Skyview Medi Spa, Summerview Medical and Dentistry on 66. I specialize in a range of treatments including laser hair removal, facials, peels, body contouring, waxing, feminine wellness, and more. My goal is to help you look and feel your best with personalized care and the latest in aesthetic technology.

I love spending time with my daughter and enjoy being outside in nature, boating in the summer, reading, and learning about different cultures.
